Drive from Jaisalmer to see the best of Bikaner. The city is known for the 16th-century Junagarh Fort, a huge complex of ornate buildings and halls. Within the fort, explore the Prachina Museum displaying traditional textiles and royal portraits. Then, visit the Karni Mata Temple, which is home to many rats considered sacred by Hindu devotees.
Stop 1 : Junagarh Fort in Bikaner. Junagarh Fort : The fort was erected in 1593 A.D by Raja Rai Singh, the illustrious general of the Mughal emperor Akbar's army. The fortress is bounded by a moat and consists of 37 palaces and pavilions, including Chandra Mahal, Phool Mahal and Karan Mahal. The museum within the fort encloses priceless miniature paintings and extraordinary antiques of great interest to art lovers. After that, go to Karni Mata Temple (Rat Temple).
Stop 2 : Arrive Rat Temple from Junagarh Fort. The Karni Mata Temple which is also called as Rat Temple located at Deshnoke, 30 km from Bikaner city which is in the north Indian state of Rajasthan, east of the border with Pakistan which is surrounded by the Thar Desert. The temple is famous and home for the approximately 25000 black rats that live in the temple, the holy rats are called Kabbas. The temple has huge intricately carved silver gates, which Maharaja (King) Ganga Singh has donated. End this tour in Jaisalmer. After that Guest will be Drop off at their desire place in Jaisalmer.
